How long have you been bartending?

I have been bartending for roughly 2 years now being a junior and full time

What made you decide you wanted to work behind a bar?

I wanted to do something fun, heard a lot about Trailer Happiness and wanted to follow in the footsteps of family

Where do you find your inspiration for new cocktails?

I like the idea of seasons and colours to design my drinks

Rum

What’s your proudest accomplishment so far?

Surviving 3 carnivals, that’s pretty rough

Simplicity is what I enjoy

Beer and the odd Daiquiri

Good chat with customers

Lack of decent sleep
